Experience a fulfilling prenatal yoga practice that offers you a way to maintain a healthy mind and body during your pregnancy. No yoga experience is required. In each 4-week series, you will build endurance and strength as well as learn breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare you for labor and birth. Classes revolve around pelvic floor work, neck and shoulder release, low back and sciatic pain and also enhances mobility and posture. Our safe, supportive community allows you to freely share any issues, discomforts or concerns with other moms.

We welcome all levels, all trimesters and all mommas! Signing up for the entire series and continuing to attend through all trimesters is recommended. If that is not possible, you can choose the specific dates you are able to attend at registration.
