| Instructor Bios
Laura Bonanni is the owner and co-founder of FitnessYoga Studios. A veteran of the fitness industry with over 10 years of experience,
Laura enjoys educating and leading others to live life in a healthful way. While exploring different areas of fitness, Laura discovered yoga,
which quickly became her passion. She realized she had to share its transformative effects with everyone. Laura began teaching yoga classes in
2001 and continues to teach everyone from toddlers to seniors. She received her yoga certifications through YogaFit®, an internationally acclaimed
organization focused on bringing the benefits of yoga to all. Laura has also been influenced by many other yogis, including Baron Baptiste and
Seane Corn. Her yoga classes are designed to help participants feel challenged yet successful, and are appropriate for all fitness levels. In
addition to her yoga certifications, Laura is an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and has many other fitness
certifications. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University. When she is not practicing yoga or teaching yoga, Laura enjoys
running, cycling, reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
After graduating from Immaculata University with a BA in Psychology, Susan Kollar married and became a mother of 3 while juggling a career
as a Mental Health Counselor and owner/operator of a family day care business. Eventually, stress and disease took its toll on her quality of life.
Recognizing this downward spiral, Susan's spirit rose to the occasion and led her into the ever intriguing world of
CAM (Complementary Alternative Medicine). Ten years later, Susan is a Holistic Health Consultant specializing in massage, energy work & Pilates.
Her certifications are through the National Massage Therapy Institute and the State of New Jersey, and the American Aerobics Association International
(AAAI) & phi Pilates for mat Pilates and Reformer Instruction. Susan is a proud member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
She opened her own private practice in 2004, Blue Haven Massage & Bodywork. Susan has been instructing Pilates for 4 years and is delighted to have
the opportunity to lead and share her love of Pilates with you at FitnessYoga Studios.
Irene LeGoff was first introduced to hatha yoga while living in Hawaii in 1997. Certified by Yogafit®, Irene is also self-taught in
the Ashtanga style, influenced by David Swenson and his teachings. She has been teaching yoga and Pilates classes for over 5 years in the gym,
dance studio and home environment. Irene also owned her own yoga and Pilates home studio for two years. Irene enjoys blending yoga and Pilates
together, and believes that both disciplines are equally important to achieve total mind/body health. In her classes, Irene offers a challenging
yet achievable pace, and provides her students with encouragement. She also focuses on making her classes fun, and gives individual feedback and
breathing cues to help those who take her class maximize the benefits. Irene also works as an Occupational Therapist in both Rehab and Pediatrics,
with a degree from Kean University.
