Class Descriptions
FitnessYoga Studios, LLC offers you a variety of yoga and Pilates-inspired classes to suit your needs. All our classes
follow a time-tested, proven method for enhancing your strength and flexibility. Our fitness-based format assures
you a class that is safe and effective, and our specially trained and certified instructors provide you with
modifications when needed.
YogaRenew: A refreshing class for all, especially those who want to focus on stress reduction.
This class emphasizes postural awareness, basic yoga poses, stretching, and relaxation. Special attention is given
to correct form and alignment, as well as the coordination of breath and movement. Modifications and props are
provided for your ultimate comfort. A great class for beginners.
*Level of difficulty: Gentle/Instructional/All Levels
FitnessYoga: Our signature class offers you plenty of heat-building sun salutations and flowing
sequences. More challenging postures are explored here and can include arm balances, inversions, and deep back bends
to increase the strength, length, and tone of your muscles. Modifications are offered when necessary.
*Level of difficulty: Intermediate/Mixed Level
Yogilates: This class creatively combines yoga with Mat Pilates sequences to further
challenge your body and mind. Overall strength, flexibility, and core fitness are emphasized. If you are seeking
to tap into your inner power, this class is for you.

YogaFlow: An energizing yet relaxing class taught in the classic Vinyasa style. Flowing sequences make
up the majority of the class which then finishes with deep stretching to enhance your flexibility.
*Level of difficulty: Mixed Level
MatPilates: An introduction to Mat Pilates, designed to strengthen your muscles by focusing on the
development of your "core" - your abdominals, hips, and back. This class emphasizes precise body alignment,
which results in improved posture, flexibility, and strength.

YogaSculpt: Get ready to sweat during this powerful class! FitnessYoga sequences are blended
with light hand weights to provide further strength gains and improve your stamina.
*Level of difficulty: Intermediate/Advanced
KidzFit Yoga: Designed for kids age 6 through 11, this class combines Yoga and creative play to help
children build strong, limber, and healthy bodies, ultimately leading to improved self-esteem and confidence.
