For Pilates enthusiasts, come in and experience Reformer Duet classes in our intimate Pilates studio. We also offer special classes throughout the year, including Boot Camp, Iron Yoga, Meditation, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and many more.
Private and small group instruction for both yoga and Pilates is also available by appointment. Wellness services include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage as well as Reiki and Thai Yoga Bodywork, all of which are scheduled by appointment.
