It is a sister science of yoga that literally translates to “Science of Life.” In this informative workshop you will be introduced to the basic principles of Ayurveda and the art of healthy living. Yoga Pilates Flow: Get the best of both worlds. This class creatively combines Vinyasa yoga and Pilates mat sequences to challenge your body and mind. Props such as weights, rings, and bands are occasionally added to help enhance overall strength, flexibility, and core fitness.
Pilates Sculpt & Stretch: This mind/body class will strengthen & tone your entire body using classic Pilates exercises and light weights, resistance bands, and the magic circle. Yoga poses that stretch those tight muscles will also be incorporated to improve your flexibility.
