Dee Vasslides has been a lifelong advocate of exercise including tennis, running and dance.  She was a gymnast and instructor at her mother’s dance studio growing up.  Dee discovered Pilates in 2005 to increase core strength at the recommendation of her doctor after a spinal injury.  She has been hooked ever since.  While some exercise programs become stale and mundane, Dee says the Reformer never gets old for her.  She is a certified Pilates Reformer instructor through Balanced Body.  As a two-time cancer survivor, the Reformer was key in helping her heal and increase flexibility after multiple surgeries and radiation. It also enhanced her energy level and general well-being.  The Reformer routine is easily modified based on experience level and health condition. Dee is also a graduate of Rowan University and is a Chemist and Quality System Professional in the pharmaceutical industry.
