Class Card Expiration Date Policy
FitnessYoga Studios is confident that practicing yoga on a regular basis will improve your mind, body, and spirit. It is important to remember that the full
benefits of yoga are not realized without a continuing commitment to your practice. We recommend practicing 2 times per week minimum.
Class cards are an economical way to pay for classes if you can commit to attending regularly. The expiration dates on class cards are firm.
We do recognize that sometimes special circumstances arise and that you may not be able to attend classes for a specified time period. Therefore,
FitnessYoga Studios has the following policies regarding class card purchases:
- Class Card Extension due to Injury, Serious Illness, or Death in Family
The expiration dates on 6, 10, and 20 class cards are firm with the exception of: injury (to you), serious illness
(yours or an immediate family member), or a death in the family. If one of these unfortunate events occurs, and you
are unable to attend classes, we kindly request that you inform us in writing by the card's expiration date
(email to info@myfitnessyoga.com is acceptable).
FitnessYoga Studios LLC will then give you a 90-day
extension. For example, if your card is due to expire on Jan. 31 and you provide us with written notification by Jan. 31, we will extend your card
90 days from the expiration date. In this case, you would have until May 1st to use the remaining classes on your card. If you need time beyond the
initial 90-day extension, we request additional written notification by the end of the initial extension period.
If we do not receive written notification by the end of initial expiration/initial extension period, or if you have not attended classes during that
time, you will have three options upon your return to FitnessYoga Studios:
- Reactivate your class card
- Purchase a new class card
- Pay the stated drop-in rate.
Class cards will be extended for a maximum of one year from the initial purchase date with proper notification.
- Class Card Reactivation Plan
If your 6, 10, or 20 class card expires with unused classes, and you have not provided FitnessYoga Studios with written notification of injury, serious illness,
or death in the family, then you can take advantage of the Class Card Reactivation Plan. This plan allows you to reactivate an expired class card by
paying a $25 fee. Upon receipt of the $25 fee, FitnessYoga Studios will reactivate your class card and you will have 90 days from this date to use the remaining
classes. You have one year from the initial purchase date to take advantage of this offer. Any unused classes beyond one year will be forfeited, and
you can either purchase a new class card or pay the stated drop-in rate upon your return to class.
- SPECIAL NOTE: 3 Class Cards
If you are unable to use all 3 classes within 14 days of your purchase, upon your return to FitnessYoga Studios you may either:
- Forfeit any unused classes and pay the stated drop-in rate
- Purchase a 6, 10, or 20 class card and we will add the unused classes to it.
This offer is good for 90 days from the date of initial purchase. Any classes remaining on 3 class cards beyond 90 days from the initial purchase
date will be forfeited.
FitnessYoga Studios reserves the right to change the above policies from time to time as needed or required by law.
