Class Package Policy

Class Cards

Class card expiration dates are calculated from the date you activate it, (i.e. attend the first class on the card), unless otherwise noted. No extensions to the expiration date will be permitted for anything other than medical reasons. Requests for an extension must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note. Extensions may stay in effect for up to one year from the class package's original expiration date. Class cards must be activated within one year of purchase.

For non-medical reasons, class cards can be reactivated by purchasing the same or similar class package or by paying a $25 reactivation fee within one year of the original expiration date. You must make this request in person at the studio.

Prorating Series Class Fees

If you know ahead of time that you are going to miss a class during the series, we may be able to prorate the fee for you, space permitting. Please make this request at the studio at the time of registration. A higher per class fee may apply. If you pay for a series class and we cancel, you will receive a refund or studio credit, whichever you prefer.

We cannot issue credits or refunds for missed classes once you pay for a series. No credits or extensions will be permitted for anything other than medical reasons. Requests for extensions must be in writing and must be accompanied by a doctor's note. Any classes that are missed (for non-medical reasons) can be made up with another comparable class on the schedule (space permitting) during the active series.

Monthly Unlimited Class Packages

Monthly Unlimited Packages allow you to attend as many regularly scheduled "drop-in classes" as you wish during the month. Series Classes, Specialty Classes, Workshops, and private/semi/small group instruction are not included. Your Monthly Unlimited Auto-Pay Package will continue from month to month and your account will continue to be charged until you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel. A 2-month minimum commitment is required for the Auto Pay option. There are no partial or full refunds with monthly unlimited packages. The Monthly Unlimited Auto-Pay package may be "frozen" or suspended for up to 3 months for medical reasons. Your request must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a Doctor's note. Freezes/suspensions are not available for a period of less than one month.

There are no refunds on any class purchases. Classes are not transferrable and cannot be shared.
