Package Policies
Packages cannot be shared or transferred to another person. There are no refunds on class or appointment service purchases. In some cases a studio credit may be issued. Contact us.
“Autopay” Packages:
Each month your credit card will be billed until you notify us in writing 30 days in advance of the next billing date (send email to info@myfitnessyoga.com). If you have an extended illness or injury and cannot attend classes due to doctor’s orders, please provide us with a doctor’s note and we will pause your autopay for 1 – 3 months maximum. You must make your request for a pause in writing (email). There are no partial or full refunds with any Autopay package. Reformer classes, series, specialty classes/workshops are not included with autopay packages. See your contract for more details.
Class Passes:
For bulk Class Passes, expiration dates are calculated from the first class attended while using the package (activation date). Please activate your package within one year of purchase. For the Annual Unlimited Class Pass, the expiration date is one year from the purchase date. Special, Series, and Reformer Classes are not included in yoga/fitness class passes.
Expired Class Pass Policy:
If you don’t use up your class package before it expires, you can request a one month extension (within one year of purchase). If you need more than a month to use up the classes, we can reactivate the package for up to 3 months for $35. You will also have the option of purchasing the same or similar package and we will add the unused classes to the new package.
If you have an extended illness or injury and cannot attend classes due to doctor’s orders, please provide us with a doctor’s note and we will give you extra time to use up your classes when you are ready to return.
You have one year from the package’s original expiration date to reactivate it, otherwise the classes are forfeited.
Please note that this reactivation policy does not apply to promotional packages such as the Intro Special (including special packages we offer directly or through other vendors). Due to the low prices offered with these deals, we cannot offer any time extensions.
There is a $35 fee on all returned checks.
